I have tried a few shakes before and this is the best I have tried. It tastes really nice and you can add more or less water to make it thicker or thinner depending how you like it. This is a meal replacement protein shake and is quick and easy to make. One of the ingredients in it is Glucomannan, which keeps you full for longer. I usually have one for breakfast or lunch and it keeps me going until my next meal. A tip is add some strawberries to it and blend and you have yourself a strawberry Milkshake shake that tastes amazing.
